Payments. Online payment by a bank card
Our website is connected to Internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using your Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected Goods or Services, a secure window will open with the payment page of JSC “Bank CenterCredit”, where you will need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information about the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued your bank card.
Online payment is carried out in accordance with the rules of International payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used. To enter bank card details a secure window on the payment page of JSC “Bank CenterCredit” is used.
The payment page requires for your card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard) to be entered. All the necessary data is present on the bank card.
CVV2/ CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.Then the page of your issuing bank will open in the same window in order for you to enter the 3-D Secure code. In case you do not have a static 3-D Secure code set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. Should you fail to receive it, contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the latest technology for securing card payments on the Internet. It allows you to identify with accuracy the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.
Security guarantees
JSC “Bank CenterCredit” protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. All the information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place over closed banking networks, which have the highest level of reliability. JSC “Bank CenterCredit” does not pass your card data to us or other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder the 3-D Secure protocol is used!

Online payments Security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted format and is not stored on our Web server.The security of Internet payments is guaranteed by JSC “Bank CenterCredit”. All payment transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. The transmission of information uses special security technologies for online card payments, and data processing is performed on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
Online payment by cards is safe because:
- The authorization system guarantees that the details of the buyer`s payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as the data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
- The buyer enters their payment data directly in the authorization system of JSC “Bank CenterCredit”, and not on the website of the online store, therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be available to third parties.
Refunds
No refunds are allowed when making online payments by card. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before the receipt of such; after the receipt of the goods, the refusal must be filed within 14 days;
- The return of goods of proper quality is possible in case they retain their trade dress and consumer properties and if the document is presented confirming the purchase of the goods and the conditions of such purchase;
- The consumer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality and with individually defined properties, if the said goods can be used exclusively by the person acquiring them;
- In case of rejection of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer not later than within ten days from the date of the consumer's claim.
To get a refund, it is required to fill the “Application for refund” form, e-mailed upon request by the company, and send it with a copy of the identity document attached to [email protected].
The refund will be made to the bank card within 14 working days from the day of the Company`s receipt of the “Application for refund” form.
In order to get a refund for transactions made by mistake, it is necessary to write an application and attach a copy of the identity document and checks/receipts confirming the payment by mistake. This application should be sent to [email protected].
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The term of the Application and refund consideration is to be calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends from the moment of the Application receipt by the Company.
Cases of refusal to effect a payment:
the bank card is not designed for making payments via the Internet; on this matter please consult your Issuing Bank;
insufficient funds for payment on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your card by contacting the Issuing Bank;
the bank card data is entered incorrectly;
the validity period of the bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (it is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can learn more about the card validity period by contacting the Issuing Bank.
